We select the freshest ingredients create our menus with the intention of preparing as much as possible on site at your event. We will never cook your food hours in advance and bring it to your event in a “hot box” or hold it in a warming oven until your guests arrive. We believe our “fresh” approach to food is what sets us apart in our industry, and we know you will appreciate the difference.

 

Most of the fresh herbs for your event will come from out personal gardens brimming with three varieties of basil, mint, lemon grass, thyme, oregano, rosemary and so much more!
